As far as dispatch goes, the dispatchers here will work with you one day, then screw you to the wall the next. Some of the support people at this organization are good people, and some of them are the lowest scum on the planet. The equipment is not overly well maintained, and you are frowned upon or worse should you bring a problem to their attention. The mechanical shop is an after-hours personal shop for the "mechanics" to work on their own cars and personal projects, and heaven help you if you so much as LOOK at them for help with a problem piece of equipment during their off-duty time. The washroom facilities are filthy, and double as a changeroom for the mechanics, so there is grease, dirty shop rags, dust, rust, bent coat hangers everywhere. The shop staff are animals who couldn't comprehend cleaning up after themselves if their lives depended on it. My assigned truck was down more than it was up, and the replacement they had towed down to where I was, turned out to be about a clean and fresh as a dumpster. I left this place after barely 4 months of absolute misery. With GM going out of business, hopefully this place won't be far behind.

TTR/TSN truck pulling a no name trailer parking and blocking the door for 20 minutes. Twice I asked him to back 20feet and clear the way. He become aggressive and rude. TTR could organize a seminar on good behaviour.
