Lucy CherryI was set to drop my dog off on scheduled dates and I called back the next day to cancel when I was bringing my dog in and wanted to bring him in the following day instead as I explained to the lady on the phone. Everything was set to go the previous day. No issues. Then talking to this lady she started requesting 2 assessments must first be taken before boarding. And she asked for 2 emergency numbers when I was asked for only one. I read their policies and 2 are required if going out of the country. I expressed that to her but she was adamant 2 are required. After this point, I became annoyed. I told her forget it. And she just hung up. No explanations on her part. Just a cold response. I quess that's a warning sign don't take your pet there. Unapologetic and cold interaction.
Angels U19I have come here for awhile getting my dogs nails trimmed. Their hours are all over the place and the front desk tells you something different than when the groomers are actually there. I have called to confirm that I can come before 330 to get her nails trimmed, the receptionist will confirm, and then I show up and there is no groomer there. They have claimed multiple times their front desk people are “new” and “don’t know the hours”. It’s super frustrating driving to a place with your pet only to find out you cant get that service. Happy tails please train your new employees and have the hours consistent. Will not be returning here as this has happened multiple times.
