They are good at pet grooming but I've found 1 place that the best, I still recommend you treat your furry friend to a spa day here and see if their for you!
Happy Tails is absolutely wonderful! They do such a great job trimming my dog’s nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The staff is so kind, patient, and understanding, which really puts both me and my dog at ease. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with, and they always do an excellent job. I’m so grateful to have found them—highly recommend!
I was set to drop my dog off on scheduled dates and I called back the next day to cancel when I was bringing my dog in and wanted to bring him in the following day instead as I explained to the lady on the phone. Everything was set to go the previous day. No issues. Then talking to this lady she started requesting 2 assessments must first be taken before boarding. And she asked for 2 emergency numbers when I was asked for only one. I read their policies and 2 are required if going out of the country. I expressed that to her but she was adamant 2 are required. After this point, I became annoyed. I told her forget it. And she just hung up. No explanations on her part. Just a cold response. I quess that's a warning sign don't take your pet there. Unapologetic and cold interaction.
