Viele Holzelemente und verspielte Akzente wie Sonne- und Mond-Spiegel im Eingangsbereich verströmen eine sehr natürliche und einladende Stimmung. Authentische, einfühlsame, sympatische und in ihrer Vielfalt glänzende Yoga-LehrerInnen laden dazu ein gerne immer wieder zu kommen. Der vielfältige abwechslungsreiche Stundenplan macht Lust einiges auszuprobieren und auch gerne mal zwei Einheiten hintereinander zu besuchen, bspw. Selfcare Flow & Yin, oder Flow & Yin. Es gibt sowohl sportlichere Einheiten wie Pilates oder Yoga Sculpt, als auch ruhigere Klassen wie Selfcare Flow oder Yin. Ich persönlich liebe die Abwechslung. Vor Kurzem habe ich das YTT (Yoga Teacher Trainig), Yoga-Ausbildung um selbst Yoga zu unterrichten, im wyldthing absolviert und kann auch diese voll und ganz empfehlen. Eine Reise zu mit selbst, auf der ich vielfältiges persönliches Wachstum erfahren habe und diese Reise geht weiter :-) Ich freue mich jedes Mal hier her zu kommen.

Ich habe im Wyld Thing vor kurzem meine Yogalehrerausbildung gemacht und kann sie nur empfehlen. Man kann seine eigene Praxis super vertiefen, bekommt wertvolle Tipps fürs Unterrichten und wird von einer tollen Community unterstützt. Einfach ein klasse Ort, um Yoga zu leben und zu lernen! :)

Die Kurse sind abwechslungsreich und bieten eine gute Mischung aus Herausforderung und Entspannung. Besonders gefällt mir die Vielfalt an Yogastilen, die angeboten werden. Ein Ort, an dem man wirklich abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen kann. Absolute Empfehlung!
