I've been with Harbour Cities for over a year now and the staff are wonderful. Dr O'Keefe is very friendly and great with our pup. They are very prompt with returning calls and emails. They recently got us in same day for an emergency. They took excellent care of Lainey and answered all my questions patiently. The clinic is clean and well-organized. Highly recommend to any pet owner!
Excellent care for my cats at this vet. I have taken both my cats here over the course of 5 years. My first cat was very senior and eventually became very ill. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and compassionate when I had to make the decision to put him down. The staff here are honest about costs, and answer questions thoughtfully. I feel heard and I appreciate being offered a variety of options so that I can choose something that suits my needs best. I can get appointments quickly, and have never had to wait upon coming in for an appointment. Would highly recommend!
We have been going to Harbour Cities for almost 10 years. Our pets mean everything to us and the vets and vet techs have always been so sweet and so kind to not only us but our kitties too.
