They were honest and no nonsense, not pushy or trying to up-sell us towards a door that we didn’t need! Installation was professional and took less time than we were told. Great team, great product! I love our new doors, perfect colour and texture! Nice clean look! New lighter doors versus the older dark green doors that were wooden and heavy and required regular painting. This company was recommended to us by a neighbour who also got new garage doors.

Very professional company from start to finish. The individual who booked the appointment was very knowledgeable and made suggestions to trouble shoot the issue I was having. She explained how their pricing worked for service and was accommodating of my schedule. The technician Dylan was awesome. He was successful in fixing an issue with our very old doors even when it was doubtful it could be fixed. He explained things thoroughly and was patient. I know we are on borrowed time with the doors, but Dylan was honest and did not try to “sell” us anything. We will definitely call Harbour Doors when we are ready to purchase new doors as this was a great introduction to the company.
