They provided extremely prompt and professional service - from the time I first contacted them it took less than one week for a brand new roof to be installed on my home. They were priced very competitively and did a really thorough job protecting the yard/house from debris/trash during the process. I was referred to this company by our realtor, who has used them many times and believes them to be extremely well priced and extremely efficient/professional in the job they perform. Rainproof Roofing completed asphalt shingle roof replacement in April 2021. They also go by the name of Rice Roofers. Juan Alvarez from Rainproof coordinated the process from initial estimate to final review of work. Juan was very responsive to address follow-up questions and clarifications. The process was very smooth and efficient. The estimate was sufficiently detailed and clear for scope of work. The team that did the work came on time with the correct materials, performed their job as a team and completed the work in a day. At completion, Juan spent time explaining the work items completed per the estimate, the details of warranty, etc. I highly recommend Rainproof Roofing for roof related work.

Cesar and his team were outstanding and very professional. They replaced a 25 year old roof in our West U home and fixed things in the attic (without additional fees).
