I moved to Great Falls from Chicago a few months ago and was mortified to discover there is no threading. I hadn't had my brows waxed in 20 years - mostly because my eyebrow hair is thick and curly. In desperation (I was beginning to look too much like Groucho Marx) I decided to give Harlos a try and had my brows waxed by Emma. She was awesome and did a 10/10 job! Great shape.. quick pulling and very professional. I was UBER impressed that I then got a follow up phone call AND a handwritten thank you note in the mail. What a class act!! Highly recommend!!

Kayla is wonderful! I've been back several times and always have a wonderful experience. My first time going here and getting sugared Kayla explained the sugar paste and the differences between the wax types. She always makes me feel comfortable and checks in during the services to be sure everything is still good (no pain, wax temp, etc). The conversation is always nice, Kayla asks questions about me and my life which, again, makes me feel comfortable. She's friendly, personable and also does a wonderful job :-D Bonus: her music choices are always on point! We have a blast singing during my appointments. Can't recommend Harlos and Kayla enough!

Emma is THEE best! I swore I’d never get waxed or sugared, but she made me feel comfortable immediately! Although she is a fast sugarist, she’s also very thorough and I never feel like she’s rushing. Highly recommend seeing Emma, especially if you’ve never been waxed/sugared before and are thinking about it!

Emma waxed me last minute and later in her schedule and the service was still upheld and amazing! With this being my first wax EVER and in a vulnerable area it’s safe to say I was very nervous, but Emma made me feel so at home and very comfortable and kept good conversation. Within 5 minutes I was relaxed and had zero hesitation. She was fast, efficient, professional, and reassuring. 10/10 definitely will be back for many more!
