Great experience contacting Harrington Plumbing about low water pressure issues in the shower at my cottage. Sue who answered my call and email was very responsive and asked great questions and squeezed us into their busy schedule. Although we were able to resolve the issue ourselves, we were very grateful for their timely response, professionalism and their questions (which helped us understand our issues). I recently had Matt attend our home on June 28, 2024 as a result of an issue with a new pressure tank. I was pleasantly surprised that someone was available just prior to the July long weekend. We were referred to Harrington Plumbing from friends and noted a number of positive reviews. Matt attended our residence and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was indeed a collapsed bladder in our pressure tank. He was able to provide a solution to which he advised would be resolved that day. Matt was in contact with a colleague and requested one of their own pressure tanks. Not long after, Nathan arrived with the new product. I appreciated Matt taking the time to explain things and answer the questions that I had. Furthermore, he contacted the supplier of the faulty tank, explained the issue to the representative and advised that I would be returning the product later that day. When the time came for me to return the item, the refund process was seamless. Matt also took the time to explain some issues that may arise with our current plumbing set up. He provided us with a corrective plan and then recorded our system for the purpose of providing an estimate. In closing, I appreciated the professionalism and timely response. If anyone is in need of any plumbing issues, I would not hesitate to recommend Harrington for the solution. Thank you Matt.

Got myself in a jam Friday afternoon with UV light. Glass sleeve had got stuck so could not turn water on without leaking. Placed call at 215 to Sue. Curtis arrived around 3 and fixed my problem by 4. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Topnotch
