Based on a referral from a neighbour, I called Harris Plumbing after experiencing a water back up in my laundry room. They came quickly and identified some issues right away. Due to the age of my home, I have experienced water issues on and off for the past decade and I knew that there was still work to be done in my future. The news wasn’t good and in the end I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line. Although, painful to hear, I appreciated the ongoing communication and video evidence they shared to document the deficiencies in my home's system. The team worked quickly and ensured that I had running water and washroom facilities at the end of each day. The job took a few days (long work days on their part) and in the end they came back after completion, to reinstall the washing machine so I could do laundry. From start to finish the team at Harris Plumbing was professional, personable and very thoughtful about my needs. I love working with a company whose focus is on “doing the right thing verses the quick fix” which perfectly describes Harris Plumbing! Big thanks to Eric and Kevin for their personal attention and of course to the team who worked tirelessly to make it right! I can sleep now knowing that it is fixed once and for all!

I am 100% satisfied with Harris Plumbing. When you call them they ask the right questions to ascertain the problem. They are prompt about booking a technician. Kevin was marvelous. Friendly and knowledgeable. He checked where my problem was and made concrete suggestions. Kevin made sure where all the shut off valves were just in case of an unforseen problem. He worked quietly and efficiently . I am happy with all the work done

We have used Harris Plumbing for several years and it was nice to see a familiar face when the plumber arrived on time last Friday right on the scheduled time and even better it was the plumber that open our cottage at the beginning of the season in may of this year. The closing of our cottage plumbing was quick and professionally completed , even though we will be up for several weekends for the remainder of November it is always better to close now while the weather is still nice no chance of freezing toe water system an incurring more costs when you open again next season.
