A good job service consulting firm. Also comes up with any other company openings for the wide options for candidate based on their profile. They always make sure to follow up with the candidate and also company to have a good rapport with both company and candidate. I can understand there are candidates who make choices based on better offers they receive. But more frequent follow up can be reduced unless if there is any important updates. But one thing I can be sure is that they are not like other consultants who just gives candidate reference to companies for initial process and doesn't update to candidate on status of job. They make sure both candidate and companies are being updated on status in every round they are going through until the offer letter is received. Which is a good thing.
