When my husband said we should reach out to Hart about a house we both saw online, I thought it would be fun to causally look at a house but didn’t think anything would come of it. Hart answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and was always just as invested as we were in our real estate search. Hart helped us in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. In a very competitive market, the process was nearly seamless! We knew our place would likely sell quick, but were concerned about being able to find a new home in a timely fashion to where we weren't going to be homeless in a sense! I messaged Hart asking if he knew any landlords in Greenfield and he said “Why rent when you can buy?” And I never believed that at 23 I could buy a house.
