Phenomenal yoga studio in Hartford. They have true bikram classes 90 minutes in 104 degree room. It's intense. There are plenty of other classes if that's not your jam Very welcoming environment even for beginners like me Special parking relationship with a local garage for easy inexpensive access Showers in the bathroom for after class Can't say enough good things about them I am now a member
Visiting Hartford and really wanted a hot yoga class that matched my daily practice at my home studio. Hartford sweat exceeded my expectations, I took the express Bikram and found it accommodating to all levels yet plenty challenging,the facilities are so clean, and the people are kind and attentive. I can’t recommend it enough.
I love this place! The instructors are amazing, the place is clean and the class times work with my schedule. I'd choose a family owned place over a corporation 10x over and over again.
