When Dr Columbus retired I was really sad as she and her team were incredible. It's hard when you're so comfortable and when they leave, everything changes. My family and I were looking around for another dentist however I continued at Hartland and eventually ended up seeing Dr Shammas. She is lovely. I recently had a small accident while having a procedure done. Dr Shammas could not have handled the situation better. She truly is one of the most professional, caring, wonderful Dentists/person I have ever met. I am so impressed by her work and just by her, herself. I need to also mention that her assistant, Stephanie is amazing. I cannot express how grateful I am for her and highly recommend her. I don't think you will find a lovelier, more caring Dentist...her work is excellent and her caring, honest, wonderful nature...she's not allowed to retire, ever...lol. Dr. Datta is also very good 😊 So.....Dr. Shammas has just left Hartsland dental....so much for finally finding a great dentist. I stand by what I said about her..she is amazing but now, very suddenly, has left. I think Dr Datta is very good but have had big issues with Dr. M and my grandson recently saw a new dentist there, Dr. B who prescribed antibiotics and told him he needed a crown. A second opinion elsewhere has found he, in fact did not have an infection and does not need a crown. It just seems since dr Columbus left it's been one issue after another. I will leave it at that. Just expressing my opinion and experience. Also, I think Dr Hum was very good however, they don't seem to have updated their website for a long time. Other than Dr Datta photo, no idea who the other people are and no clue if Dr Hum is even still there. We're all entitled to our opinion...that's just mine alone. No need for a response

I’ve been seeing Catherine at Heartland Dental for a while now, and she is truly one of the best hygienists I've had. She's always prepared, professional, and does a fantastic job every time. Catherine is not only thorough, but also friendly and personable, she makes every visit comfortable and even enjoyable. What I appreciate most is how she stays on top of my dental health and encourages me (in the best way!) to keep improving my routine. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk staff is also great — friendly, organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Heartland Dental and especially Catherine if you’re looking for top-notch care.

I was always self conscious about the spaces between my teeth. Dr. Datta suggested a smile make-over. I'm extremely happy with the results. He made the whole procedure comfortable and seamless. The results exceed my expectations. Now I smile showing my teeth. The entire team at Hartsland Dental are friendly and very professional. I could not be happier with every experience I have had at this office.
