Shauna, Toya and Rachel are amazing. They were welcoming, engaged and explained everything thoroughly. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review, is the billing representative Yvette was not able to clearly communicate the out pocket for my recommended treatment plan. She said she would call me back 30 minutes after my appointment but didn't. I had to call the office to get the necessary information.

I have only been to this specific dental clinic and location twice. Both times I have had great experiences with the ladies at the front desk. I came in for an emergency and Cierra got me scheduled quickly, was very understanding, helpful, and has great customer service! Jewel checked me in, and out after my procedures- super nice and quick! The dental assistants are very patient and knowledgeable as well.

Journey was literally the sweetest, kindest and most easy going dental assistant! My last two experiences with her was nothing short of amazing! I’ve also had a great experience at this location as well. Great staff and dentist! Would recommend dental depot, especially this location!
