I got tired of seeing a dentist in my home town where there are not enough hygienists to go around. I got scheduled within a couple of months to see a faculty member for my dentist and an experienced professional as my hygienist. Yes, the waiting room is crowded, and the practice is accessible to people of all incomes. I've been seen on time and have no complaints. I feel lucky to have joined the faculty practice.

This was an incredible experience. As soon as you step into the building, you’re greeted with friendly smiles. The clinics are spotlessly clean, and the doctors are incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve always had issues with X-rays, but Dr. Aslı made sure I was taken care of without any discomfort. She was incredibly quick, so I didn’t feel at all uneasy. The most important aspect for me was that I had over-sensitive teeth. They were able to identify the cause and treat it right away. I left the clinic feeling completely healed. I can wholeheartedly recommend Harvard Dental School clinics. They’re truly magical, and I’m sure that’s why Harvard Dental School is renowned for its exceptional dental care.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience here. I lived all what one patient could go through. Started going here in June for one tooth . It is almost November and they still did not finish . And this is not all. They ruined my health. After each procedure I felt quite bad with nausea , fatigue - could not do anything for weeks. They gave me too much anesthesia I haven’t seen this much amount of anesthesia in my life. For the information: I am healthy it is not about my body but the amount of injections they gave . How about if they kill me with that anesthesia?? Moreover they never pick up the calls , they cancel the appointment without your consent . Do whatever you want they just cancel it whenever they want . No obligation to direct your concerns or calls . Also the amount of medicine described to me was insane, they told be to take 5 medicines in every 5 hours. Imagine taking 20 medicines each day . What, are you trying to kill me ?? When I brought these concerns up all they tried to do was to hide it from faculty team. I tried so hard to talk to someone from faculty and see if they correct the way it is done. But the resident department followed me everywhere I go and told everybody not to allow me to talk anybody and on top of that they forced security to take me out of the building so that they be safe in this way. They even called university police- SHAME ON YOU !!! I haven’t broke any rule or policy I was just trying to bring my concerns about my health. If you did everything right why would you worry about it so much?? Just leave me alone and do your job if you haven’t done anything wrong . Why would you try your best to take me out of the building??? They lie too much. When I told them About their lie they even did not admit it . One of the recipients took me to a woman to talk where she mentioned that she was Jennifer but then they said Jennifer was not at the office this day . Ridiculous- the recipient said she did not say so . I never thought this would be the level of Harvard dental . You just ruining the name. It could be addressed in a different way by giving me a real supervisor who could explain a real way of doing it , what was wrong what was right actually. But instead you kept lying to me with people who are not real supervisors who did not want listen to me even.
