A requested service call for no electric power to an air conditioner and a tripped circuit breaker, revealed arcing and heat damage to the power supply breaker panel and meter box. Replacement with a 200 amp power supply panel with surge protection and new circuit breakers and meter box wiring connections and new copper grounding rod and ground wire with operation checks were accomplished. Harvest Electrical Solutions arrived in a timely manner at 1030 am, and stayed on the job to 730 pm. Power was restored at 655 pm. Luis and Aaron were very courteous and professional at our home. The cost of the quoted was 30% less than the major electrical contractors in the Northwest Houston metro area.

Harvest Electrical Solutions is the best of the best in Houston. I contacted them on their website on Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the next day Saturday afternoon. They have a great set up with their website, text messages and booking and online credit card payment. Omar was on time, and he was very professional, kind and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions. Omar replaced an outlet that was sparking and smoking and was a fire hazard. He took time to check all the wires and everything to make sure there was no additional damage. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work. I was genuinely impressed.
