Very nice work. Alexa is pleasant to communicate with in the office. The crew was friendly and answered all my questions. The sealcoat looks great. Will recommend to anyone in the area.

Hatch paved my driveway last week and it looks awesome. Everyone that I dealt with from Ronnie to Roland were profession, they have a great crew. I must admit, I am on the pickier side when it comes to quality and Hatch exceeded my expectation. For my next project, I am definitely using these guys again.

We had the service on June 12,2023. They did whole new pavement, was pretty good but there is a spot where water puddles up. We called many times and wrote emails couple of times there is no response at all. When we call, the receptionist picks up the phone and tells us someone will call but there is nothing. We paid in full so I expect better service. Seems like they collect money and doesn’t care anything after that, usually I don’t write reviews but this made me write one. I am giving 3 stars to the hand in hand worker who worked for me. Customer service from/ in office - - 0 star. They have 5 years warranty service in the contract but new costumers please be aware. They are going to change the contract if there are any boulders/giant rocks which by the way will change while digging. Meaning you are supposed to know if there are huge rocks under the ground. In my case, hatch has taken out the warranty in the places where they found huge boulders.Pretty frustrating. They can take the boulders out but that is going to cost a fortune - base price starting from $2500 and up per prep team. While digging, the prep team destroyed a spot on my neighbor’s driveway, they fixed it but in unsatisfactory way. My neighbor is not happy neither me. So please think before you take this company. I don’t want to recommend this company to my friends, family and others as the customer service is not good at all. Very very poor. They will hunt your money though. OH NO NO…

I built a house in 2023 and hired Hatch in November '23 to pave my driveway. The Head of Business development ensured me that they pave all winter long, as long as the ground wasn't frozen. A day or two after I signed they said they couldn't pave until spring. We discussed the fact that the soil where the driveway was going was unstable and had to be removed prior to paving. If left over the winter it'd turn to a muddy soup. The Head of Business Development ensured me that if we covered the area with asphalt grindings it would stabilize the soil. They quoted $1,750 to dump, spread and roll grindings. I accepted. It rained hard a few days after the grindings went down and a good portion of my "driveway" washed away. I called the Head of Business Development and told him what happened. He replied that it was an act of God and there was nothing they could do. I reminded him as to why we placed the grindings down in the first place. Vehicles were sinking 6" into the mud leaving huge ruts. Walking on it resulted in the same. He said he would see what he could do. I called him a few days later and he said they would spread more grindings as soon as there was multiple days in a row above freezing. The 23/24 winter has been the warmest recorded and there have been many opportunities to repair the driveway. Texts to the Head of Sales have gone unanswered. Hatch has made no effort to reach out to me to address the issue.
