Customer experiences
Ordered the Green Chili cheese burger, Gigi's cakes, and strawberry fields forever drink. So far food and drinks are amazingly delicious. Gigi's cakes are definitely melt in your mouth experience. The servers at the bar are friendly and attentive. I found my favorite place to sit, not outside, but by the bar. If you want a quieter atmosphere, sitting outside is best. I'd definitely keep coming back to try other food and drinks on the menu. The prices are reasonable. Atmosphere, food, drink, and staff are way better than any restaurants in Lawton by far. Update#2: I came back a few days later to try the Black Russian Reuben with French toast on the side and a Chill of the South mocktail. The Reuben was by far the best I ever tasted in my life (make sure to have it with the sauce that it comes with). The French toast, phenomenal. The Chill of the South mocktail is interestingly tasty. Update#3: I came back in the morning right when they open, best time to come if you like a quieter atmosphere. I didn't take pictures because it's already provided in the photo gallery. I had the single taco and biscuits and gravy (both delicious), and the Strawberry field forever without the lemonade and replaced it with coconut milk, still delicious. Update#4: Came back to try the vegetarian omelette. I was definitely surprised on how they can make a meatless omelette tastes so good. The salad was amazing too. Oro & Teri are amazing servers, always attentive.
Today was my first time catching a full breakfast at the new Hatch location in Lawton. Our greeter Blair got us seated quickly. We enjoyed a couple shots of espresso and one of their Hot Toasted Macchiatos. Good coffee! The Avocado Toast with Salad and the Poutine were delicious! Good sourdough bread and great French fries! Not the typical lifeless frozen fries most places serve. Our server Britany W. (“Country”) was a sweetheart! Great service, good food and good atmosphere! 👍🏼 We’ll definitely be coming back!
Our Server was Dana and she made us feel welcomed and gave us excellent service. She made sure our drinks wasn't empty she also recommended some great items on the menu. The toasted macciato coffee she recommended was delicious. My dad ordered eggs Benedict and he really enjoyed it. She also brought us a sample of the cream cheese hollandaise sauce so he could experience it as well. If you ever have a chance to go to the Hatch in Lawton Ok. Dana was excellent. Thank you Hatch for coming to Lawton.
Visited this restaurant for brunch with my wife. Although the restaurant was very busy, our wait for a table was only about five minutes. The atmosphere was lively and somewhat loud, but still comfortable enough to hold a normal conversation across the table. Once seated, we placed our order within a few minutes. It took a noticeable amount of time for water to arrive, and the alcoholic beverages took several more minutes after that. One of the drinks (the Café Caramelo) arrived watered down. Our waitress, who was consistently polite and attentive, explained that the bartender was training someone at the time and offered to have the drink remade. The remake, however, never came out. The other drink (El Mangito) was well-prepared and enjoyed. The watered-down drink was removed from the check. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The Eggs Benedict with chorizo was flavorful and well-prepared. My Reuben sandwich had good overall flavor, though the meat was noticeably dry. The “loaded tots” were underwhelming, with only minimal toppings that did not match the expectation of a loaded side. The final total after the drink adjustment was just under $50 Overall, the experience was mixed. Friendly service and a good atmosphere were definite positives, but drink consistency and some food execution issues detracted from the visit. With some refinement in preparation and follow-through, this location has strong potential to offer a more consistently satisfying brunch experience
