I've lived in a brick & mortar unit for about a month with an unresolved mouse infestation, which has made the space unsanitary and stressful. When I asked about adding a roommate to the lease, management told me I could keep the lease in my name and have my roommate move in unofficially, or I'd have to reapply entirely—likely at a higher rent due to market conditions. When I asked whether the infestation would affect the apartment’s value or desirability, they dismissed it, citing the housing market. Disappointing to see habitability concerns brushed aside while rent increases are prioritized. I just realized I'm not able to leave multiple reviews. To extend this, the mouse infestation has been occurring with extremely delayed help from management. Often time I have to threaten to do thins myself before they're willing to help me. Mice have been in my food, on my kitchen counter and have brought in mouse mites. These mites have been biting me for WEEKS. Leaving at times 20+ bites on my body at once. I've had guests over and upon entering the unit, they are also bitten multiple times. When we did catch one mouse, no one called me back about it and I had to kill and dispose of the mouse myself. While placing more traps, I also discovered a cockroach infestation! This started on September 30th. it is now October 27th and there's still mice in my unit and the building management has not contacted me to follow up on this since 10/13.

I have lived in a Brick and Mortar unit for 4 years and I only have good things to say the management, leasing agents, and maintenance staff. Requests for anything in the tenant portal are handled promptly, whether it be for maintenance, lease questions, or various inquiries. Special shoutout to Hillarie, Alana, and Cristina for their attentiveness, professionalism, and generally friendly demeanor.

Great company. They act quickly and efficiently to fix issues with the property. They have a wonderful group of fix- it people. Everyone is kind and polite. All of the tenants they have found have been great! No more awful neighbors. Highly recommend.
