We worked with Dan to buy our first home and couldn't have asked for a better agent. He gave us a great rundown of the current market and feedback on our target neighborhoods and price range. He was an amazing resource as we started to look at listings. San Francisco sellers tend to wildly underprice listings and Dan was able to give us good info on what a competitive offer would be for anything we asked about. Going to open houses with Dan was really useful too, he could see positives and negatives about houses that we wouldn't know and could give us estimates of work we would want to or need to do for the house. When we found a home that we really loved, Dan's reputation as an agent was critical to us getting our offer in and accepted. We wouldn't have been able to get our home without him!

As a first time home buyer there was a lot I didn't understand about the buying process: Dan and Steven were always available (literally always) and ready to help us figure out what we were doing. After going to many open houses and getting great input from the Ascend team, we were able to successfully close on the first place we made an offer on. Couldn't recommend them enough.
