Poor service on 3 occasions, like others reviewing, the doctors and staff at the surgery are good, however the systems for appointments is terrible, you cannot get through via telephones, and when you fill out there online service for an appointment they rarely call back make excuses for errors call wrong numbers and that’s if they call for more than 1 second before hanging up and they never call again. Overall a a disservice to the doctors nurses and staff that work there.
These staff are very friendly, kind and caring. The are dedicated to helping others. My only reason in giving four stars and not five is that getting through to the surgery by phone is really difficult. Filling in the klinik form takes ages.
Really good doctors, take the time to listen and offer good advice and treatments. That's if you can get through their awful triage system. It truly is the most complicated online abomination. By the time you get through it you're either dead or better!
