Hawaii Doors and Windows Palakkad

I purchased a steel window from Hawaii Doors & Windows, Vadakkumuri Palakkad, one year ago for my new house (still under construction). The window quality looked good, but their service is extremely poor and the workmanship is also bad.We had reported an issue with the sliding window lock, and they took three months just to check it. Their team gave improper guidance, and finally confirmed that the window has a manufacturing defect. Their only solution is to cut the window, but cutting the wall is not possible now because putty and primary coating are already completed. Still, they have no other option to offer.There has been continuous delay and no proper response from them. It’s better to choose another dealership for better service.

Good quality steel with good finishing and lock system at best price, I was impressed by the service team and dedication and support made me go with hawaii store, I visited several other shops, there customer service and response is not as good as hawaii store... Good marketing team & service team... appreciate it. the quality and the installation support from their side was seamless... The final finish of the product is super good.... People seeing the doors finish and lock system, already started asking for the buyer details. I ordered a month ago, for me it was good experience till now. Hopefully doors should last longer as per their warranty...I recommend...

Product is good. The delivery and service quality is very much poor. It's being high time that I'm coordinating with them regarding a small service, till now it haven't sorted out. Fed up with their service.
