Went there for some moving boxes - asked for some help in French (I’m bilingual) to this brown haired man working there who has the audacity to hold his index finger up at me to let me know to wait (just his finger, no words). I see him head over to the paint department and he’s chit chatting with his 2 other colleagues (a man and a woman) and seemingly not doing anything and waiting around. The disrespect is unfathomable for a customer. I walked over and luckily his colleague (the man I referred to previously) engaged with us asking us if we needed help - he was a much kinder and more courteous gentleman who was able to assist us. Let me tell you - the man who held his index finger up at me is lucky I didn’t see his name tag, but whoever was working at this H&H on June 24th, 2025 at around 1 pm EST - I hope management sees this, because I’m really not impressed. When did customer service just get tossed out the door? When did being polite and courteous become so rare?

This store won't take back Items purchased online unless you have a return autorisation. What a waste of time. I'll never never going to do business online with them again! I guess that's why people stick with American companies that value customer experience
