The front end staff are amazing and helpful. I have been using them for years , I left the province for 5 years and when we came back they remembered me and my husband. AMAZING facility! Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you need a walking cast, a knee brace, bandages or insoles they have got you covered. Anyone you ask knows the products and what will do the best for your situation. Everyone should visit real pharmacies instead of the ones that sell groceries.

I will never use another pharmacy! Hawkstone staff are extremely professional and also private when needed. I’ve used multiple pharmacies in the past and this is the only one I’ve encountered where I can call in the day of to get prescription refills, and they’re ready to be picked up asap. They always give great explanations and directions, and the staff are a joy. 10/10 recommend!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience here, all due to Wendy’s behavior. I called to explain a situation and genuinely hoped for understanding, but she wouldn’t even let me finish a single sentence. She kept interrupting and talking over me, and when I tried to raise my voice —just so I could be heard—she accused me of yelling and hung up on me. It was incredibly frustrating to be dismissed like this. I was recommended to go to this place by my regular pharmacy, but unfortunately my experience wasn't pleasant. Hope other people have better luck!
