I had such a great experience at this office, the office is clean and calming environment. the hygienist was very gentle and made me so comfortable. I have severe dental anxiety and they made my trip so smooth. The front desk was nice and greeted me right away and helped me out with my insurance questions. I will be recommending this office to everyone. Thank you Hawthorne for your exceptional care.

Dr. Sarna and his team are truly exceptional. They are attentive, professional, and always put patient's comfort first.They are all excellent at what they do. The hygienists are all very kind and professional. Great atmosphere and environment. Everyone there is friendly, and kind. Highly recommend !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hawthorne Clinic. I had booked an appointment just yesterday and received confirmation over chat, which I still have as proof on my phone. However, when I arrived today, I was told there was no appointment scheduled and that it was a “human error.” Despite showing them the proof, nothing was done to accommodate me while I was already in the clinic. This was not only a complete waste of my time, but it also disrupted my family plans. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a medical clinic where patients rely on accurate communication and proper care. I expected the staff to take responsibility and try to resolve the situation, but instead, I was left feeling dismissed. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the clinic. My wife, my daughter, and I have all been patients here, but after today we will not be coming back. A clinic should value its patients, respect their time, and provide reliable service unfortunately, Hawthorne Clinic has failed to do so

I went for a cleaning and I was met with warm greetings and went through a painless and quick procedure. The payment procedure also went smoothly thanks to the front desk staff.
