Catalin managed to book us in very short notice (9 days later) and the kitchen was installed over two long days to an excellent standard. We hit a snag with two panels missing from our Howdens order but Catlin was able to work around this until they were delivered the following day. Catalin was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone.
Balbir SinghRather than going via a builder to handle the complete renovation of my 2 bed flat in Wembley, I decided to try my luck and find local tradespeople to do individual jobs instead. Part of the reason was because the builder I have used in the past was extremely busy with two larger extension jobs in Twickenham and part of the reason was cost. I had other builders I know (some I trust and others which were cheap and cheerful) but given what was happening in the wider economy at the time (in the summer of 2022) they came out too expensive. It turned out that HCI was very local to my, based round the corner from where I was staying at the time. My overall feeling of working with HCI is that of satisfaction. They carried out a series of jobs for me at my flat and I found them to be courteous, punctual, competitively priced, competent in the work performed with a good set of tools for each job, and all in all very professional. I am glad I took this route and came across HCI because I will be using them again in future and have had neighbours in my block of flat ask for their details for work they need doing. This is the joy in finding good tradespeople (and their are plenty in London), that is, finding people not just good in their line of work, but more importantly, genuine good people that you can get along with and work with. Such partnerships take the stress out the task and make it all worthwhile.
