Very dissatisfied with the services they have a very good shop but the staff is very pathetic. I was regularly purchasing cat food dog food bird food from them however the accountant always oscars to tell us the mode of payment first and then he will tell us the amount which is very much wrong for the all the products are highly price same products we can get at lower prices online as well as at other pet shops. they any which ways focus to sell their products anyhow to the customer they also force you to buy high price products for high benefits you can check with other sellers in the same area or nearby area where you can get products at lower prices or at economical prices They have no guarantee no warranty
