PS after 2 weeks: Avoid Jenny if you can, after two weeks I can come back and provide very objective review, the hair cut Jenny did was a DISASTER, so many parts are uneven, ruined my holiday gatherings and trips. I had to tolerate this horrible hair for another months or so before getting it trimmed again. Her technique 0, service negative. I should get refund and compensated. How she is still working in this salon and was charging higher price than other more competent stylist? Original: I came here 3 times now with 3 different stylist, Henya, Sia and Jenny. Sia is the best so far, she listens, recommends, and cut carefully. Wonderf result, Stylish and easy to manage, I got so many compliments. Jenny however I’m not impressed at all. She communicated minimally, rubbed a shampoo to my ears, blowed hair all over my body, cut in such a careless way that I start worrying so much about the results. Her cutting style is similar to those street side style who rushes through and don’t care about techniques. She herself doesn’t look like someone who works in an industry that cares about beauty at all, her own hair is messy, and she frowned the entire seeming like life pissed her somehow. I start worrying from the first when I look at her and my instinct was right. I will have to see how this goes after my own wash. Previously, the good result means that after wash even without styling, the hair looks in great shape. This time with Jenny, I have to take some test and risk. Not worthwhile for paying this much and driving this long to get this type of service. I will go back to Sia next time.

I made an appointment to do a digital perm, which comes with a free cut. I did not select a specialist, but was assigned Dada, who was a gentleman during the entire process. Despite the language barrier, he was very kind, friendly and informative. It was my first time having a perm like this, so he made sure to send me detailed instructions on how to maintain the perm, and google translated it, just to make sure I understood what he was saying. Due to the nature of the appointment, he ended up having to stay till late, but he was super kind during the entire process. In regards to the hair cut and style, the overall result was great, and I'm absolutely in love with my hair. He did an amazing job, I've received tons of compliments about it, and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you Dada.

I highly recommend Heyna for perms or haircuts! I’ve been seeing her ever since she started at the salon and I only like to book with her! She is very attentive to details and always delivers exactly what I want when I show her a reference photo. She is also very friendly and kind and will give you great advice on how to take care of your hair and what hairstyle suits your face shape the best! I also feel very comfortable asking her to adjusting anything such as cutting more hair off. Love Heyna! 🫶
