From the start, Jessica made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand the areas I was having trouble with. Her technique was perfect—she applied just the right amount of pressure and was very responsive to my feedback. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and with much less tension in my back and shoulders. The clinic itself is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The calming atmosphere and soft background music made the entire experience even better.

Jessica Field at Healica Massage Therapy is fantastic. I love her technique and she intuitively knows how much pressure to use. She’s knowledgeable in what she does and even helps me understand other pain issues I have that are not necessarily musculature. She takes the time to understand what you need. I found this spot randomly! Not sure if it was a bad golf swing or bad form in pilates doing a curling row, but my traps were strained. I booked an hour with Ryan - he was able to quickly focus on my aching back and shoulders. It was a great deep tissue massage. I highly recommend.
