The staff are authentically kind and sincerely helpful. Feels like a friendly family looking out for my health and welfare. Great service, great vibes and often a wee chat and a smile are served up with each order. Highest recommendation!

This pharmacy has been my main home pharmacy for years. They were located in my neighborhood but when I moved across town, they still maintained my patronage with great service. With so many knowledgeable and friendly staff, ive always felt welcomed. They handle all insurance dealings to a tee and deliver meds even still to this day while I live 20 minutes away. They've also communicated with doctors to ensure prescriptions were correct and/or sent. Gold star!

Beware!!!! Extremely Expensive Drugstore. They charge a different price every time for the exact same prescription (same dose and amount) every 2 weeks. I started coming here when I moved in December 2023. I get my prescription every 2 weeks. It seems like every 2 visits ( 2 per month) my dispensing cost goes up. It started from $7.99 per 2 weeks to now $15.99 for the same meds (plus I have a drug plan) they tell me that they give me discounts sometimes, sometimes they don’t. They just like to charge me more every time biweekly. And when I asked for explanation, I had to wait while everyone else gets serve who came after me. They should finish serving me first then proceed to the next customer. It’s always like this. They don’t treat you properly, I’m always there waiting for at least 1 hour. I’m a first responder and they should be giving me discount instead of charging me more each time I go. My mother came to get my prescription one time and my mom got very upset with them as well as they were charging more for the same items that you can get cheaper from another pharmacy. Plus they made her wait for a long time. They don’t respect customers. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! They will rob you with your hard earned money and will come up with excuses. I get the same exact meds from the same pharmacy every 2 weeks prior to coming to this rip off health care mart pharmacy, and they don’t charge me any dispensing fee for my loyalty. It’s just further away from me now but I will be going back as they treated me with respect and charged me for the meds only ( no dispensing fee). Brampton pharmacy is definitely worth the drive.

I went to the pharmacy as a new patient to get my booster shot right around the holidays. Everyone was very friendly and it was clear they cared about the people in the long line looking to get rapid tests or see if there were any vaccine slots left. The staff patiently explained their procedures, filled prescriptions, administered vaccinations and rapid tests though it was clear they were exhausted after a long day of trying to keep everyone safe. Thank you for keeping me safe.
