My mother recently visited Health First Clinic Cebu for lab tests and a medical consultations. The staff was courteous, efficient, and very organized—the registration and testing process was smooth and hassle-free. We didn't wait too long for the results to come out. The doctor took the time to go over everything with Mama thoroughly, explaining the results in a way that was easy to understand and offering clear, helpful medical advice. The staff randomly asked for a review and I happily obliged. If you're looking for reliable lab services and quality medical consultation in Cebu, I highly recommend Health First Clinic!

Your staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked even the most basic courtesy and customer service skills. They were unapproachable, dismissive, and acted as if they were being burdened just by doing their job. If working in a service-based industry feels like too much for them, perhaps they should reconsider their career path. Everyone gets tired, including your customers, but it’s never an excuse to treat people with disrespect. A little decency and professionalism go a long way, and sadly, that was completely missing here.

staff were extremely rude and were explaining the instructions like they're expecting the people already know what they meant. the drug testing area was so small i can barely move around. even the glass window is open and there aren't even curtains hanging on it to cover the glass nor anything to cover or close it. the drug testing assigned staff was also impatient by making me hurry. does she even know how small the area is and how getting a pee sample works? i pee in a tube so it's expected for my hands to get wet by my pee, hence, i have to wipe my reproductive area, the tube itself, the toilet seat and my hands. therefore, it's expected to take time in cleaning. overall, the location is hidden, the area is super small, and the staff are rudely rude. hope to never have another appointment here. i don't feel important and prioritized. unrecommendable.

If I could I would not put star… but I gave one for the nice doctor. The receptionists at the front desk were the most rude women I’ve ever come across. I would ask something calmly, and they would be so rude responding to me go sit and we call you. And then I would go sit and they would call me 20 seconds later🙄.. they ask me to get 500 pesos before the check up and it had to be cash so I went to the atm far away, and then I wanted to give it to them and the lady at the front told me go sit to your chair and we will call you just for them to take the payment cash at THE END OF THE CONSULTATION. STUPID ORGANIZATION
