It has been a year and a half since my 2500 graft hair transplant here, and a week before I travel to Europe to attempt to fix the terrible results I received. My unnatural looking results include very poor density, thin spots in the donor area, improperly angled grafts, a see-through hairline, uneven temples, pitting of the scalp, and a very pluggy appearance due to a large amount of multi-hair grafts in the front of the hair line (something the techs specifically said they knew to avoid, but did anyways) My poor results are only half of the experience here. Dr. Castillo showed up late, delaying the start of the procedure, and left before the procedure was complete. The procedure also lasted multiple hours longer than expected. This ordeal has forced me to hide the results behind bangs for potentially the rest of my life. I would not recommend taking a chance here, instead do better research than I did and find a reputable surgeon who specializes in hair transplants. Edit - Thank you for replying with a copy pasted reply almost 6 months after I made this review. Unfortunately I already tried to resolve this with the clinic months ago requesting at least a partial refund to help cover the costs of my repair at another clinic. I was told that everything would eventually turn out fine (it didn't) and that proper procedure was followed (it wasn't). Your clinic does not provide high quality care, uses outdated techniques, and is overall unprofessional. I reiterate to anyone looking to get a hair transplant here, do not do it. Edit 2 - Normally I would just leave my review, but the clinic has flat out lied and I feel people should know. I was never recommended 3000 grafts. I was told 2500 was plenty. My budget was never an issue, and in fact I've spent way more trying to fix this than the original procedure. I don't understand the defamation part, I think this is just the owner using a word they don't really understand, but yes I did seek to get money back due to my dissatisfaction.
