Lucy WamsleyI have had to come to this clinic for a series of vaccines so I have been here quite a bit the last week. Every time I have gone has been great. The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful, the Dr. I saw for my first appointment was friendly and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and every nurse I have had so far was personable and caring. Rooms and waiting room are clean and clinic seems very modern. If I lived closer I would go here for urgent care over Apple Valley.

M BI visited urgent care today, and the process was lengthy and frustrating. While I appreciate the thorough approach, the doctor found no issues. However, they overlooked testing my magnesium levels and advised increasing my calcium intake, despite my calcium levels already being high. This misinformation could have been harmful if followed. Fortunately, I'm now receiving proper guidance from dietitians in my community.
Diego LopezMy girlfriend went here after almost 2 and half weeks of flu-like symptoms without any relief. She had been having difficulty breathing, especially at night, a detail she expressed to the medical staff. They did bare minimum testing for her and sent her away, stating it was most likely a flu virus. At 3 weeks, she sought a second opinion, as she was becoming more and more short of breath. She was given a broad spectrum antibiotic and is already doing much better. As a former nurse, having somebody tell you that they cannot breathe is a serious case to intently figure out what is happening to prevent it from getting worse. This urgent care "treated" her like it was a run-of-the-mill cold when she had a full-blown infection. Do yourselves a favor and realize that this clinic has a 2.8 star rating for a reason, and that reason is that they are highly incompentent and/or uncaring group of "professionals-" you decide which is worse- and find yourselves a better clinic for *URGENT* health concerns.
