I’ve been a loyal customer of my local pharmacy run by Dr. Iskander and his amazing team for the past couple of months, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and service they provide. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Vicky and Susan, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every single person is cared for with the utmost attention and compassion. They don’t just fill prescriptions — they take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel completely at ease. Their dedication and personal touch make all the difference. This pharmacy is a rare gem in the community. I’m truly grateful for everything they do, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Customer service needs work. This isn't my regular pharmacy, and I don't live nearby. I come here for compound prescriptions that provide needed pain relief, which I understand aren't prepared on a same day basis. It took a few years to get a WhatsApp or phone call when a prescription is ready for pick up, despite asking each time. I dropped off a new prescription on Monday, and asked for a call when ready. On Wednesday, I dropped in to check, as I was just across the street. I again asked that I get a call when ready for pick up. This morning, I called to check on the status of this prescription and learned it was ready. Five days to get needed pain relief is unacceptable. Do better.
