Wow! Just wow! I have a cage in my back, because my pain management doctor decided the best plan for me was surgery. He was wrong. He also told me that chiropractors were snake oil people. Once again, He is wrong. I was at the end of my rope. I discovered Dr. Cooper and his people at Health For Life. And guess what? They’ve been taking care of me! Like really good care of me. For once once in almost 25 years, I am significantly Without pain! I can finally start to think about getting off these awful pills that they got me addicted to! I am 63 years old, not that old, and I am now on 10 different pills. Some of them are for the pain, the rest are because of the pain pills.! Bottom line: CHIROPRACTORS ARE NOT SNAKE OIL PEOPLE! you don’t feel good? You don’t feel right in your body cause you’re in pain? Then go see these people! One visit! That’s all it took for me was one visit! I have to tell you for someone who’s been in pain for 25 years and one visit actually makes you feel better? Come on! I’m one of the biggest critics of these people! or was.

Dr. Cory has been a lifesaver. I found him through a referral and started when I was about 23ish weeks pregnant and dealing with significant pain from scoliosis. He didn’t just help manage the pain, it actually completely resolved. He’s truly a gifted healer and I’ve sent multiple friends to see him too. Also the front desk staff are a delight and make you feel like you’re a part of the family, which is really special.

I don't leave this review lightly. I went to see Cory for some leg/hip pain. As most chiropractors do, he adjusted my neck for some reason even though I did not complain of any neck pain. As soon as this "adjustment" was completed I knew something was wrong. I had intense ringing in one ear. From that day forward (this is coming up on five months later) my neck was not been the same and have been in excruciating pain. Because I was unable to sleep due to the pain I had a rolling series of panic attacks that lasted almost a month. The story keeps on going with four trips to the ER, forty physical therapy visits, injections, acupuncture, laser therapy and still no end in sight. Multiple doctors have suggested I suffered the equivalent of whip lash one would get in a car accident. My life has been destroyed. I have lost my business. I hope nobody reading this ever has to suffer through. I look at the reviews on here and see that other people have had positive experiences. All I would say is be absolutely sure you know what you are getting into when you allow manipulations of your neck. I'm paying for it now and it looks like I could be paying for it the rest of my life.

Both Dr. Ryan and his staff have been wonderful to work with. I have been suffering with lower back pain over the last few years. Dr. Ryan diagnosed my problem, degenerative disc disease and scoliosis, and set up a treatment plan. The improvement has been amazing. I would highly recommend Health for Life Chiropractic to anyone who has back pain.
