After dealing with A....... exterminators for 4 years on a building with termite issues, I called the department of agriculture. A...... improperly treated the building, and the state forced them to redo the entire perimeter treatment with proper injection spacing. Every year , for 4 years the termites returned in the same location. I called A...... and they told me that I needed a massive expensive exterior baiting system and one small bait station where the problem was occurring, but the problem area could not be treated alone. I called Healthy Home which I have used on many properties i manage over the years. They quoted me a spot treatment vs a whole building treatment. I opted for the whole treatment. Upon arrival they determined the entire problem was due to an untreated expansion joint in the concrete, and recommend the spot treatment. I appreciate the honesty. Termites are generally not seen, in my case they were flying and crawling inside, because the walls are steel and concrete, was not much to eat. Hooray to Healthy Home
