First time calling and going into this location and it was such a great experience! I first called to see if they had an item in stock (I needed to make an exchange b/c the bag I got from another location had faults on it) Right away I was helped by Manus. He was so friendly and polite and understood my situation. He made sure to put the bag I needed on hold and then even confirmed the details with me via email. When I went in later this evening to make the exchange he greeted me and handed me over to his associate Faunie (I hope I spelt that right) who helped me with my exchange and also with my handbag tag customization! She was so helpful and kind. I truly have never experienced such great customer service at a higher end store before. She let me look at the new bag to make sure there were 0 flaws and once it looked good she showed me all my customization options for my tags. It was free with my new handbag and I even bought a tag for my coach outlet handbag that she helped me customize to. She wrapped up my new bag beautifully and boxed it as well. She put way more care and time into my expensive purchase than the previous location at the Eaton Centre did. Thank you Manus and Faunie! I’ll definitely do all my coach purchases here in the future. ❤️
