I was especially impressed by the selection of sugar-free items; we found many products that fit our needs perfectly. Additionally, I came across protein options at excellent prices and discovered a wonderful natural soap that I had never seen before. The range of natural products is truly impressive! It’s great to have such a fantastic store so close to home. Overall, I highly recommend HealthPlanet for anyone looking for healthy, quality products. We definitely found a new favorite shopping spot!

I have gone multiple times now hoping for help from a staff member to find specific products and every single time the staff members were engaged in prolonged personal discussions with clients. Despite waiting around for 5+ minutes in hopes to finally speak with them or respectfully waving them over or trying to politely ask them a very quick question, I would wind up having to navigate the store with no help and sometimes even just leaving because I could not find the product I was looking for.
Vanessa CSHorrible customer experience. This is the first time I will be writing a negative review as this experience was baffling to me. I bought a yogurt from this store amongst other items on August 18th, upon arriving home and opening it, I noticed it was covered in mold (see the attached picture). Oddly the expiry date was August 28th so the product was technically not expired. I had already arrived home and had to drive back to the store to return the item. The guy at the cashier didn’t bother apologizing at all and he just said “yeah you’re right, it’s moldy”. He gave me the 10$ refund for the product amount and asked me for my contact information. There was no apology for the inconvenience and he didn’t try to rectify the situation. He also told me I could grab a different yogurt and pay for it…he was insensitive to the situation. I wasted my time and money coming back to the store. BUYER BEWARE!! Looking at other reviews, there seems to be a mold problem that others have also experienced. I expected a lot more from their customer service and products quality. Unfortunately I will not be back and cannot recommend them to anyone.
