Dr. Did a root canal and I never got my permanent crown this was about 2 years ago refused to see me until I paid my $1000 bill, I was using CareCredit. I told them I can't afford it and I need a payment plan or something and they refuse to do that and now the molar which they did the root canal the tooth is almost fully disintegrated. my previous crown i got there is infected and they refuse to see me to fix it, im in pain! (Professional Obligation: Failure to treat a known or suspected infection could be seen as professional negligence.) what happened to compassionate care and working with patients? I have been going here for almost 20 years he has done all my dental work! It did not used to be like this here. What happened?

I love Dr Patel. He is awesome! I have always had a fear of needles and dentist. He broke the fear. Thank you Dr Patel and staff.

As a long-time former patient, here were my experiences with the greedy, abusivve and dark side of Raj Patel DDS: He appears likeable, soft-spoken and mild-mannered. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear, so you'll trust him. He was always there to take and keep my money. But that's where his top-shelf phony "Mr.-Nice-Guy" acting ended. Patel was by far the worst dentist I used in my life. Here's why, so take the time to read this review - He's way overpriced considering what little (if anything) you actually get, overhyped, shockingly overrated, and only does super-fast third-rate sloppy lackadaisical dental work. IMHO he oversees a secretive, non-transparent, low-rent, sketchy, dishonest, chintzy, factory-assembly-line, off-putting, in-and-out, dangerously-deceptive racket. I paid a real dentist thousands of dollars to fix Patel's "always-in-a-big-hurry" mistakes. Looking back, the time I wasted at Patel’s bargain-basement shoestring outfit was a crazy, painful, expensive nightmare. He cuts corners in the sneakiest ways. The kowtowing, unnecessary upselling, overcharges, and gimmicks here are exhausting! Dealing with surly "Karens" working his front office is impossible. I feel his lack of credibility, self-contradictory statements, incompetence, misdiagnoses, junky materials, tricks, and bad advice were so astonishing I wonder what kept me there in the first place. What frightened me was when I searched oscn.net and verified lawsuits and settlements that had been filed against him by former patients. I'm confident Karma will catch up to him. This 1-dentist-only-setup has over 470 Google reviews. Most negative reviews get a lame apology. There is no way on earth this outfit is 4.8 stars. Now you see what a boatload of silly reviews can do. I don’t buy any 5-star fake reviews for him that read exactly like advertisements and/or rubber stamps of praises he PAYS FOR from a company called Doctible.com. His misleading web-site shows over 24 automated 5-star reviews (down from 8000 reviews previously claimed) smh. On the other hand, a large Tulsa medical practice with more than 20 doctors has less than 240 Google reviews. Patel cheated me out of more money than any medical professional I’ve been to in my life, and I'm still paying for his errors, carelessness, delays, and cash-grab type work. Epic failure when it comes to quality - don't see how this carnival barker even stays in business. Took a while, but I got the picture, and to me Patel's only concern here is brown-nosing and doing or saying anything else just for money, and that's it. Don't be fooled. There are far better dentists out there. I am now using a reputable and honest dentist who: 1. Takes all the time it requires to perform procedures correctly the first time around without kowtowing me for services I don't need (or won't work) and, 2. Doesn't act like I'm a number on a dollar sign. If you still have doubts, here's an excerpt of a review of Patel: "This dental practice is a new level of unprofessional …... I have 2 dentists telling me his work is substandard on my mouth. I want my money back and don’t want Patel to do anything else for me - it wasn’t right the first time! Unbelievable. If you’re a current patient of Patel’s - I would run. Quality and customer service are not his thing." To realize how Patel operates, think money, and how to provide as little as possible (or nothing) for it. See if Patel ever speaks to you again if you ask him face-to-face to refund your money for unsatisfactory, uncompleted or failed work. Buyer beware - no refunds period, no exceptions! Tip: put any charges you make with Patel on a credit card so you can dispute his fees later on and likely get all your money back. I would be lying if I didn't tell you he really is the most incompetent money-hungry dentist ever. Folks you deserve to know this. Note: this review is not fake, exaggerated, untrue, forced, from a competitor, or paid for. Beware: DO NOT EVER TRUST PATEL OR HIS STAFF TO DO YOU RIGHT. This office knows exactly how to clean your teeth and your wallet.
