Kara is an exceptional massage therapist and an all round good soul. She is easy to talk to, and exceptional at her craft. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I feel comfortable going to see her, and have no doubt that she will help with my muscle issues. I saw her for the first time when my regular massage therapist was fully booked, and have been going ever since. A down-to-earth, caring, local girl building her own business in her own place. We need more of this in Grande Prairie! You will not be sad about checking out Planted Wellness Co., I guarantee it.

Ceilidh is an amazing Massage Therapist. She explained everything so well and really got into the trouble zones/trigger points. I left feeling so much better. So thankful to have found such a great Massage Therapist in Grande Prairie! The studio itself is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
