Sapphire LillyExcellent GP practice with kind compassionate staff from reception right through to the GPS. Always have time for their patients nothing is too much trouble. My husband has PTSD and anxiety and trips to docs is stressful for him but he is always put at ease with the GPS there. the services are very efficient and effective no waiting time for appointments and the phone is always answered quickly thank you manor medical practice for all your support and excellent service you are amazing
Kerry AndrewVery poor attitude. They tell you you have to request a prescription that normally done every week. After moving not far away. I had to phone 111 just to get the prescription. The prescription is not been requested for over a year. Lack of empathy , care , trust , patience and to treat a mentally ill patient like they did. I'd try another Dr's.
AniI am very happy with this GP Surgery. It's easy to book appointments via phone or online to see a GP in person. I had two appointments here so far with two different GPs and they were both amazing. They listened to me attentively and examined me thoroughly and helped me with my health issues by either prescribing the right medication or examination. The receptionists are lovely and very helpful, too. I had a few bad experiences with other GP surgeries before, which left me disappointed and upset as my issues weren't dealt with, so I truly appreciate the wonderful service I have received so far at Manor Medical Practice. Thank you! 🙏
Emily RowlandsI have been at this practice for over 2 years now and it’s faultless can get an appointment within two days on average if it’s non urgent, and the receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. They sometimes run behind and you can be waiting an extra 30 minutes to be seen on occasions however I am still seen and action I need is taken seriously- thank you
