We just closed/ recorded today, Brad was our realtor and he was amazing. We used our VA loan and he was super knowledgeable when it came to things the VA would potentially call out, he gave his honest opinion on houses that he thought would be good or not good that where in our price range. He explained in detail all of our options when it came to financing and we had no issue trusting him and his opinions. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us, highly recommend!

Josh and his team are the best and we absolutely recommend them for anyone buying or selling a home. This was our second time working with Josh and he was every bit as helpful as the first time. After buying our first home in Alaska with Josh’s help he was a constant resource for advice for our home and all things to do with Alaska. We reached out to him again to sell that same house and he made the process as easy as it possibly could be. Josh and his whole team have very prompt communication, are extremely thorough in their process, and they know the North Pole/ Fairbanks markets better than anybody.

We reached out to Josh about a year before listing and from the first interaction he laid out the process step by step. He was super transparent, no BS from the very beginning. Went over estimated cost of fees/commission, recommendations when to list, things that would/wouldn’t increase the value, tips on getting the house show ready, etc. We also really appreciated how attentive and responsive he was. He always kept us in the loop — and in a timely matter. We’ve always had an immediate response with any questions/concerns even at obnoxious hours during the days. We were super nervous selling our first home, especially with the current interest rates, but only had our house on the market 2 days ! All in all, kudos to Josh and his team. They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly, professional, easy to work with. Definitely would recommend 100% !
