Initially wrote a 5 star review but subsequent admin nightmare downgraded it to two stars. Pros: got me in for appointment very quickly. Great dental service. Cons: The admin was a complete nightmare. I was using municipal health coverage, which I double checked myself as valid for the time period. The admin said that the insurance would work, so I went ahead with the appointments. I emailed them a copy of the insurance letter as requested. Subsequently, I received calls from various staff members who were confused about my insurance coverage, or could not sort out the insurance, or needed another copy of the insurance letter. In total I emailed 3 copies of exact same insurance letter. I also repeatedly emphasized to communicate with me by email as I am in class most days. Finally, I sent them an email telling them it is now their responsibility to sort out how to claim the insurance coverage, as everything it stated black and white on the letter that is valid for the timeframe, and how to contact the insurer. Because of this admin hassle, I would unfortunately not be coming back to this clinic again. My advice is that if your clinic is unfamiliar with the municipal health coverage, to inform me at the first appointment, so that I would have gone to a clinic who can handle this particular insurance plan confidently. And also to ensure coherent communication between staff members, and to use emails so that there is a record of communications.

I missed the appointment due to an extended trip and unfortunately forgot to inform the clinic in advance. I later received a text message regarding a $100 no-show fee. While I understand it was my responsibility to notify the dentist, I was surprised by the severity of the penalty. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I’ve decided to switch to a different dental clinic.

You see Polite Staff when you come in. However, some of the Dentist tend to be the opposite. Expect them to cut back on making sure you don't experience any discomfort. An elbow in the head or a knee in the side when they turn to get something off their tray. And then the pain from drilling or poking around in your mouth. And don't expect the Dentist to be receptive to you. Expect them to talk down to you, even if they may be wrong. I would suggest another Dentist. Unless, you are fortunate enough to have actually have the owner, Dr. Craig as your dentist.
