I recently just moved into a new home and have had Hefner Plumbing out three times within three weeks for different repairs and each time I had a fantastic experience. Most recent repair was when they replaced my hot water heater and utility sink-they even built an awesome base for the sink. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. What stood out most to me was their knowledge and how clearly they explained everything—they made the entire process stress-free. I also appreciated how respectful and trustworthy they were. I have been a customer of Hefner Plumbing for several years for my basic home plumbing needs, including water conditioning maintenance, repairs etc. They are very responsive and professional on all counts. Recently I purchased an old house and set forth on an entire home renovation. Hefner handled all aspects of the plumbing for the entire project, replacing every plumbing fixture in the home, and repairing leaky fixtures, etc. They also installed all the new appliances upon completion of the project. This was a very big project involving numerous trades, and Hefner stayed ahead of schedule and finished the project on time and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

I chose Hefner plumbing to install a water softener at my home. The plumber Dallas called me when he was 15 minutes out to let me know he was on the way which was great! Dallas and Anthony were very professional. They had my unit installed in just a few hours and they filled me in on how to maintain my softener, clean my sediment filter properly and how to add salt to my unit. I have dealt with many plumbers before but this was by far the best experience I have had when it comes to professionalism.
