I was really happy to find this company! They were willing and able to repair my residential gutter (which had some holes where it had rusted through) after other companies refused the job citing either that it wasn't big enough to be worth their while or they didn't like the heights of our roof line. Their office staff were very easy to deal with for scheduling and payment and the job was done quickly and, as far as I can, tell properly. I would definitely recommend them!

We hired Heights residential to wash our windows and clean our eaves. The crew did an amazing job on the windows but the eaves cleaning has been a nightmare. They left numerous areas on the eaves and fascia that was slopped over with mud and it looks horrible. I asked them to clean up one area I noticed before they left and told them if there were other areas slopped over that’s they needed to clean those too, they didn’t and they left. I emailed within 5 minutes after they had left the yard and requested they come back to clean them off, I was told days later that they would send them back. I have emailed daily ever since and it has now been 10 days and still not cleaned up and I have to wait days to even get a reply. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority and I will not hire them again. Thankfully we were not required to pay upfront for such a poor service. I would have given ZERO stars if I could have!

From our first inquiry we were impressed with the excellent customer service and prompt responses to questions. We booked a pressure wash with the oxidization removal added and an exterior window cleaning. The crew was fantastic. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful and the young man who was with him was polite and a hard worker. (I believe his name was Ryan) Both were friendly and professional. After looking at the siding, Patrick suggested we do a test section to compare the results before deciding. The result of the oxidation process wasn’t very good, it worked but was patchy. So we decided to just go with the pressure wash. His experience and advice saved us money and gave us a much more satisfactory result. We didn’t have high expectations as it’s 30 year old siding but it looked 100% better and the windows just shone.. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.
