me myBe careful when you pay- consultants do not have basic mathematic skills. I had discount coupon, at check out my amount was miscalculated by 200NOK (not in my favour). Consultant was refusing to accept that it was mistake until I showed calculator result. After that she turned away from me and passed me to her colleague, finally they could do proper math. I have not got even simple apology. Consultants seams to be careless to clients- spent 1 hour trying different jackets, not even one asked if I need some help. Once I asked to look for the size- one of the girls with annoyed face expression got me one. Rude unprofessional service. Very sad as brand has good products, but I would rather not come back after my experience.
