Henry Norman Hotel

Great little hotel in the perfect location. This has to be the most unpretentious boutique hotel ever in all the best ways. The staff are helpful and accommodating, they even gave my daughter and I a special greeting and special gift upon arrival to our room for our mother daughter trip. The yummy cookies and free water in the lobby were great touches. The beds were super comfy, we slept so well every night. The rooms and lobby are tiny and there is no room service, but those amenities aren’t necessary due to the close proximity to so many great activities and restaurants in the area - tbh we barely spent any time in our room outside sleep. The artful design is fun and gives a great vibe as well. We were very happy and would stay again no question.

I stayed here with my wife on our recent trip to NYC for the NYC Marathon. Everything at this cute little hotel was great. When I arrived in my room, there was a welcome message wishing me good luck along with a running journal for me to keep. Little touches throughout the trip were appreciated such as snacks in the lobby to the cute room and great location. It was near everything we wanted to do and the rooms were very clean and quiet. If we ever come back to NYC, we will absolutely make every effort to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Pineapple Hotel Artful in NYC, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property itself is stylish, spotless, and full of charm.. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and full of character. The location is perfect, giving easy access to everything without being in the middle of chaos. A special shoutout to Luis, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work.. His hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Five stars all the way.. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city!
