I want to take a moment to recognize Noel, one of the kindest and most professional assistant managers I’ve ever met. From day one, Noel has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and cared for. He’s always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work and makes such a positive impact on the community. Thank you, Noel, for making this building such a pleasant and comfortable place to live!

The location is great, the building is great, and the management is even better. Josée and Noel are incredibly attentive to our needs, always polite, and helpful. The neighbors are really nice and friendly, and the building is very quiet, which makes for a peaceful living environment. On top of that, I’m especially grateful to them for making our place feel like home. Since Josée started organizing the Christmas party in 2023, I look forward to it every year. We’ve had the chance to meet most of our neighbors in person, and have even become friends with a few. People often ask if this is a condo because it doesn’t have that typical rental feel. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment since I moved in November of last year. The building is quiet, clean, and well-maintained—everything you’d want in a comfortable home. The management team—Josée and Noël—are incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when needed. They even organized a Christmas party where I got to meet other residents and ended up making a friend, which really added to the sense of community here. It’s rare to find such genuine care and responsiveness in building management, and it truly makes a difference. I Highly recommend!
