I attended my first class yesterday and it was AWESOME! I was nervous because I haven't attended a workout class in over four years, and didn't know if I'd be able to keep up or if I'd be in way over my head. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and like I was in the right place. The class was intense and a great workout, but it was more about pushing myself vs. trying to keep up. Karyn is a phenomenal instructor - she's encouraging, and very passionate about helping us get the most out of our workout. Hard to let any negative self-talk win, when she's encouraging us to LOCK IN!
