This was my second Volvo purchase from Herzog-Meier and I can highly recommend them. This time I bought an XC40, a certified one year old vehicle in perfect condition. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable about Volvos and helped me trade in my used electric BMW for exactly what I needed. With her, you can expect a relaxed experience buying a car, which isn’t always an easy endeavor! Grayson will help you set up your car so it functions precisely for your needs. All in all, a terrific and easy experience buying one of Volvo’s many classy cars. Highly recommended.

Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process! Actually, everyone at every step was great- the absolute most enjoyable car buying experience! This is our first Volvo, but we had very specific options in mind. Michelle helped us build and order our dream Volvo! She kept us regularly updated on the status of our car as it made its way to us. When the time frame was extended a little, she offered us a loaner to get comfortable, which was definitely a step above. The paperwork process was surprisingly painless (thank you finance team), and the onboarding training and set up assistance is top notch! I think the most impressive thing about this whole experience is just the level of detail, the going beyond, basically everyone doing pretty much anything and everything in their power to ensure we were completely cared for, from start to finish!
